Donation Terms

All donations to Mark Scout Foundation are:

Tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law
Non-refundable unless required by law
Used in accordance with our mission and donor intent
Subject to a 3% processing fee for credit card transactions

Recurring Donations

By setting up a recurring donation, you authorize Mark Scout Foundation to charge your payment method on a monthly basis. You may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us at least 5 business days before the next scheduled payment.

Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. Prohibited activities include:

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfering with the proper functioning of the website
Transmitting harmful code or malware
