2023 was a transformative year for the Mark Scout Foundation. Thanks to your continued support, we expanded our reach across the Dallas-Fort Worth region and served more youth than ever before. Our programs have evolved to meet the changing needs of today's young people while maintaining the timeless values of character, leadership, and service.
This report highlights our achievements, impact, and financial stewardship during fiscal year 2023. We are proud to share that 94% of our expenses went directly to programs and services, exceeding industry standards for nonprofit efficiency.

Our signature leadership programs reached 847 youth across 18 schools in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The program curriculum was enhanced with digital literacy components and entrepreneurship workshops.
Youth volunteers contributed over 12,000 hours of community service, including environmental cleanups, food bank support, and elderly care assistance.
Despite challenges, we maintained our commitment to outdoor education with 156 camping trips, wilderness survival courses, and environmental stewardship programs.
